The Montgomery (74 New Montgomery) developers are unveiling their new project among the swanky hotels and sky scrapers in downtown San Francisco. This landmark building was built in 1914, and today is converted to an 8 story hip condo with loft elements. Ceilings start from 9 to 11 feet, Elegant public spaces, dramatic windows with views, Bosh stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerators and a landscaped private roof deck are just a few highlights of this development.
The move-in date is scheduled in the October time-frame. The Sales office is currently taking interested parties information and the first release should be available in May’07. The only downside that I can see (for now…), is leased parking. The developer is only providing 15 spaces for residences.
