Originally sold by the principals of Urban Bay Properties, the Potrero Square Lofts is one of the great loft developments of San Francisco. It features 58 residential lofts and 4 live/work units within an historic brick and timber building. It sits across from Esprit Park in the Dogpatch area of Potrero Hill.

The original building was erected in 1906 as T.A. Roberts’ liquor and wine warehouse and bottling plant. It was used for many years as an import warehouse, at which time it was known as the Kessler Building. The building was converted into lofts in 1993.

Designed by Pyatok Architects, it has won several awards including the Grant Award for best Rehabilitation or Conversion 1994, Gold Nugget Awards from the Pacific Coast Builders.

The lofts at Potrero Square range from 661 to 1,900 sq. ft. (aprx) and surround 5 landscaped courtyards with peaceful fountains. Each unit comes with deeded parking.
