Glen Park Marketplace, located at 2815 Diamond in Glen Park, was once Terry’s Meat & Deli, a local grocery store that was damaged by fire in November of 1998. There was significant interest in the site from local and national retailers, but the city and locals became involved in the project. After 8 years of planning, Glen Park Market Place began selling in 2006.
It is a mixed-use development, consisting of 15 2 bedroom/2 bath condominiums, plus retail space for a grocer and the new Glen Park branch of the San Francisco Public Library.
