355 Bryant

355 Bryant Street, San Francisco | SoMa | Google map

Originally sold by the principals of Urban Bay Properties, this is yet another beautiful loft conversion created by David Baker + Partners. Built out of the frame of an old warehouse building, 355 Bryant is a blend of old and new. Metal beams were left exposed to add to the loft aesthetic, while the brick and wood were refinished adding industrial beauty. Thirteen foot plus ceilings and wide-open floor plans round out the design.

Total, 355 Bryant accommodates 44 individual live/work lofts ranging from 997 to 2800 sq. ft. (aprx).

Smart Facts:

  • The original warehouse was built in 1910 and home to General Electric. It was designed by architect George Applegarth.
  • The loft conversion was finished in 1992.
