Rincon Hill/South Beach | Google Map Millennium Tower, which is located on 301 Mission Street in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, is currently being built and is projected to be completed in 2009. When finished, this will be one of the most prominent and luxurious residential highrises in San Francisco.

Millennium Tower has one 60 story building, which is the fourth tallest building in San Francisco. The second building is 11-story mid-rise building. The building will be connected by a two-story glass atrium will connect the two.

The development will include 419 for-sale condos and apartments for lease. Floor plans will range from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos and penthouses. A good portion of he mid-rise units will be 1,600 sq. ft. (aprx) and will feature 10-foot ceilings and open floor plans. There will be underground secure parking for 350 cars.

Lead architect is Glenn Rescalvo from Handel Architects.

The following are the amenities: Screening room with a 100-inch HD projector screen, wine cellar, tasting room, owner’s lounge, dining room serviced by an on site 5-star restaurant, a 5,500 sq. ft. fitness center, children’s playroom and a 75-foot competition lap pool with Jacuzzi and landscaped outdoor terrace.

Millennium Tower will have 8,000 sq. ft. (aprx) of retail space. It will also be a major component in The City’s Transbay Terminal redevelopment district.
